2025 - Present
In this role, I lead strategic and innovation initiatives across multiple company entities, with a focus on improving processes, systems, and cross-functional collaboration. I am responsible for shaping the company’s marketing direction, ensuring consistency across markets, and supporting long-term brand positioning.
A key part of my work is driving the development and rollout of our internal CRM system-from defining requirements and designing workflows to coordinating development, testing, and adoption across teams in the Czech Republic, Poland, and Germany.
The role combines product thinking, operational ownership, and marketing leadership to deliver solutions that help teams work more efficiently and make better data-informed decisions.
— Develop and execute marketing and innovation plans across multiple company entities, including ownership of annual budgets and cost frameworks.
— Lead the design, development, and rollout of internal CRM systems for sales teams in Poland, the Czech Republic, and Germany, improving workflow efficiency, data quality, and cross-team alignment.
— Oversee operational activities at Remark CZ s.r.o., ensuring smooth day-to-day processes, effective coordination, and alignment between business, sales, and internal teams.

In this role, I supported the development of the company’s long-term marketing strategy and contributed to shaping its global brand identity. I worked on creating visual and communication frameworks that strengthened brand positioning and ensured consistency across multiple markets.

Shardart s.r.o.

As a co-founder of Shardart, I helped build a design-focused startup project from the ground up, shaping its product vision, brand identity, and overall strategy. I worked closely with craftsmen to translate creative concepts into tangible products, while also developing the business processes, marketing direction, and operational structure required to bring them to market.
The project has since successfully continued beyond its early startup phase. This experience strengthened my ability to think from an end-to-end perspective by balancing product, brand, and execution and taught me how to navigate the full lifecycle of building and scaling a new company.
